Diane Poladian, PT, DPT, OCS
Clinical Director

Diane graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Health Science from California State University, Northridge. She has since completed her Clinical Doctorate degree with a specialization in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy Practice from Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions. She currently serves as the Clinical Director in the Granada Hills office and the Director of Clinical Education for all of Progressive Physical Therapy. Diane initially worked at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, working in both the acute and rehabilitation settings. During her time there, she became certified through the Biofeedback Society of California to utilize biofeedback with patients with chronic pain. She joined the Progressive family in 1985 working with a variety of orthopedic disorders, ranging from post-op care to chronic pain disorders. Diane uses an eclectic approach to treatment with an emphasis on movement science. Diane is an active member of the Pediatric Pain Management Team at UCLA, providing biofeedback and physical therapy services to children with chronic pain. In addition, Diane is currently a Board Certified member of the American Physical Therapy Association in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists.

Christine Kearney, DPT

Christine Kearney, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Christine graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Child Development and later received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2008. She has worked in myriad clinical settings, her emphasis being in women's issues and outpatient orthopedics. Christine feels that physical therapy is about treating the person as a whole and being able to give individualized attention to every patient's needs. Christine is a certified practitioner of the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2008.

Jocelyn Arroyo-Espinet, CPT
Certified Personal Trainer

Jocelyn has a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Applied Fitness. She is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is currently studying to become a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant at Casa Loma College.
