Shelly Cloughley, PT, DPT, CSCS
Clinical Director

Shelly earned a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science with an emphasis in Community Health from San Diego State University in 1991. She then attended the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific for a Master's of Physical Therapy in 1995. In 2011, she decided to further advance her education by completing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy through Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions. Shelly has been associated with Progressive Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1992 and is currently a Co-Clinical Director at the Santa Clarita office. Her specialties range from orthopedics, spine disorders, sport injuries, manual therapy, pain management, kinesiotaping, orthotic evaluation and custom orthotic fitting. Shelly is a certified Pilates instructor, as well as, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Wayne Gilmour, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. He then attended the University of Delaware and graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. Wayne has worked in multiple clinical settings, however he most enjoys working with athletes and returning them to the field. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2013.
